Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind, we make returns easy! You can return your product within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked. Here’s what you need to do to start the return process:

  1. Reach out to us by email at exclusvecustom@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Date you placed the order

    • Date you received the order

    • Reason for the return (just so we know how we can improve)

  2. Please remember that the product should not show any signs of wear or damage.

Once we have the details, we’ll send you the return address. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping and provide the shipping label. After you’ve shipped the product back, just let us know the tracking number so we can keep an eye on it.

When your return arrives, we’ll check its condition (we do this once a week). If the item is in perfect condition and hasn’t been worn, we’ll usually process your refund within 7 days of receiving it. Please note, the time it takes for the refund to show in your account can depend on your bank.
